About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for AfroTech Sales to take on a pivotal role in leading the brand's sales operations and driving its commercial strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with achieving revenue goals, expanding agency relationships, and leading the sales team to secure sponsorships and strategic partnerships. This executive will be a hands-on leader, working closely with the team to meet sales targets and will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities. The role requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in enterprise partnerships, sales operations, and digital business growth. Applicants for the Vice President, AfroTech Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years' of experience in business development, brand building, people management, and revenue growth. A minimum of 5 years' of leadership experience in developing mid-level talent is also required. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Salesforce, Asana, or a comparable project management suite, and should possess excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a demonstrated ability to track and drive business metrics. The role demands a leader with the ability to set and manage diverse strategic KPIs and a preference is given to those who have a proven ability to grow revenue while prioritizing community values.
