**Exciting Opportunity for Travel Operating Room RN!** Join our dynamic team as a Travel Operating Room (OR) RN and elevate your nursing career while making a difference in patient care! This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with top-notch medical professionals. **Job Description:** - **Start:** ASAP - **Duration:** 13 weeks - **Shift:** Days, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Mon, Tues, Fri) - **Call Requirements:** - Split among OR RNs - Average of 7 calls in a 6-week period - Weekday call: 3 PM to 7 AM - Weekend call: 12-hour shifts (7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM) - **Experience Required:** - 2+ years of OR experience - Expertise in General, Ortho, OBGYN, Robotics, Urology, Hand, and Podiatry surgeries - **Certifications:** - BLS required - ACLS preferred - **Additional Information:** - Fingerprints are required for all New Mexico travelers - No floating required - Option to work 48 hours a week - Maximum RTO: 1 week - Scrubs: Hospital laundered and available - EMR: Medhost, PICIS **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure patient safety and maintain a sterile environment during surgical procedures - Coordinate and manage patient care throughout the intraoperative phase - Support a diverse caseload, adapting to varying surgical specialties - Perform patient assessments and advocate for patient needs - Oversee surgical case preparation and equipment management - Document patient care accurately and manage specimen handling - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote seamless surgical care **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
