NICU RN: Critical Care Neonatal Specialist (0.75 FTE)

Scheduled Weekly Hours : 30 Position Summary Gundersen Health System is seeking a part‑time (0.75 FTE) RN for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). NICU RNs provide comprehensive care to critically ill infants. Responsibilities 0.75 FTE = 60 hours every two weeks 12‑hour Day/Night rotation with every 3rd weekend Rotating holiday coverage After successful orientation and experience, serve on the NICU Transport Team caring for critically ill neonates during transport under the direction of the Neonatologist Work with a multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, social workers, chaplains, and families Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing NICU RN experience preferred RN licensure to practice in Wisconsin upon hire Basic Life Support CPR Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 4 months of hire Benefits Generous compensation and benefit package, including top‑rated retirement plan Growth opportunities and access to Gundersen’s Career Development Center to help you navigate your career Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
