About Corporate Strategy at LSEG The Corporate Strategy team partners with the CEO, CSO and ExCo of LSEG to shape the overall strategy of the Group. It helps determine priorities for organic and inorganic growth across our portfolio, ensures business units and functions have strategies coherent with and informed by that of the Group, and leads strategic review and initiatives on cross‑divisional and cross‑functional themes. You will be at the nerve centre of LSEG as we build the future of finance. About this role We are seeking a high‑performing, collaborative individual to be a Strategy Manager in the team. Key responsibilities Drive/support a portfolio of projects led by the Head of Corporate Strategy and/or Directors and Senior Strategy Managers, partnering with leaders across LSEG’s business and functions. Key skills and experience Thought partnership and problem‑solving: critical thinking and ability to tackle complex problems in a structured manner. Corporate strategy development: experience conducting market and competitive landscape assessments; ability to develop clear and pragmatic recommendations and plans; experience with commercial due diligence is a strong plus. Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience preparing executive briefings. Stakeholder engagement and influencing: ability to bring the right expertise and diversity of perspectives together based on context and business need; build, contribute and develop relationships with key partners; represent the Corporate Strategy function. Project management: excellent rigor in planning and coordinating activities to achieve desired outcomes within clearly defined timeframes and standards. Preferred experience Knowledge of the LSEG Corporate Strategy and previous experience in strategy consulting, in‑house strategy roles or corporate development. Experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: financial market infrastructure, financial services data, AI, B2B data and analytics businesses, technology transformation, platform business models, big data and cloud. Career Stage Manager Compensation & Benefits LSEG offers a competitive base salary range of $114,200 - $190,400 (may vary by location). The role is eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan.
