Manufacturing Technician

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

• Cutting sash and frame components to size
• Applying weatherstripping
• Installing glass into window sash
• Applying window grilles
• Assembling window frames
• Hanging window sash
• Installing hardware and screens
• Wrapping and preparing finished windows for shipment
• Performing quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Experience using hand tools
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work as part of a team

Work Environment

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) workplace

Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is not required.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Overtime opportunities available

Pay

$16.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience.
