Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a valued member of a vibrant Extended Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) near Oceanside, CA. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one assistance before and after school, working closely with students who require behavioral support. This contract position is ideal for those with a background in behavioral health, special education, or previous school-based roles.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current RBT certification, or possess behavioral/SPED/school -based experience
• Demonstrated experience working 1:1 with students exhibiting behavioral needs
• Skilled in implementing behavioral interventions and supporting individualized plans
• Comfortable assisting with toileting and personal care when necessary
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and schedules in a dynamic school environment

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students as part of the ELOP program
• Assist students in participating in school activities, supporting them before and after regular school hours
• Implement individualized behavioral support plans in coordination with teachers and staff
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress and participation
• Foster a safe, positive environment, ensuring student well-being at all times
• Support toileting and adaptive skills as needed, promoting student dignity and independence

Schedule:

• AM shift: 6:30 AM–8:00 AM
• PM shift: Monday 1:00 PM–6:00 PM; Tuesday–Friday 2:18 PM–6:00 PM
• Start: 8/11/2026 | End: 6/3/2027
• Compensation: Earn $35.00 per hour for the duration of this contract
