HydroSmart Water Solutions is a local, family-owned water treatment company serving homeowners across South Carolina. We install water softeners, whole-home filtration systems, reverse osmosis drinking water systems, and well water treatment solutions. We’re growing fast — and we need energetic, people-first representatives to help us connect with homeowners right where they shop.
The Role
As an In-Store Lead Generator, you’ll be stationed inside a Home Depot location as the face of HydroSmart. Your job is simple: start conversations, educate shoppers about the importance of clean water, and book free in-home water quality consultations for our sales team. No closing, no pressure — just genuine connection.
This Role is Part Time (Full time opportunity for top performers)
Hours are 12:00-4:00 Monday-Friday
Pay starts at $15 an hour plus HIGH commission
What You’ll Do
• Engage Home Depot shoppers in friendly, natural conversations about their home’s water quality
• Educate customers on the health and household benefits of water treatment
• Qualify homeowners and schedule free in-home consultations
• Represent the HydroSmart brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Track daily leads and appointments

• Strong communicator who listens as much as they talk
• Self-motivated — you own your results
• Previous canvassing, retail, or in-store demo experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and availability on weekends
What You’ll Earn
• Base pay + per-appointment bonus — the more you set, the more you make
• Top performers earn $800–$1,200+/week
• Flexible scheduling (part-time and full-time available)
