Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with a mix of on-site project oversight and work-from-home coordination. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing roofing and construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating materials and labor, scheduling inspections, overseeing subcontractors, managing logistics, and resolving on-site issues. The Project Manager also monitors project progress, maintains detailed documentation, communicates with clients and internal teams, and supports continuous improvement in processes and safety practices. Qualifications Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. Experience with Expeditor and Expediting functions to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials. Inspection skills to verify work quality, compliance with codes, and adherence to safety standards. Logistics Management skills to organize resources, crews, and equipment across multiple job sites. Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities. Clear written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions. Experience in roofing, construction, or a related field; familiarity with local building codes is preferred. Proficiency with project management software and basic office productivity tools. Ability to work safely on and around active construction sites and to travel within the DFW Metroplex.
