Competitive base salary + annual performance bonus Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits + 401(k) match and long-term financial stability Robust relocation assistance for qualified candidates High-visibility role supporting enterprise-wide infrastructure transformation initiatives Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies including Nutanix, VMware, Azure, and GCP Long-term career growth within a stable, growing organization investing heavily in modernization and innovation Collaborative leadership team with strong executive support for infrastructure initiatives Exposure to large-scale datacenter, cloud, and automation projects with significant impact across the business What You’ll Be Doing Lead enterprise infrastructure modernization initiatives across on-prem and hybrid cloud environments Design, implement, and optimize scalable infrastructure solutions supporting high availability and operational resilience Drive datacenter transformation efforts including virtualization, storage, and cloud migration projects Support and enhance enterprise virtualization platforms and hyperconverged infrastructure environments Partner cross-functionally with engineering, security, operations, and vendor teams on strategic initiatives Serve as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure and performance issues Contribute to automation, monitoring, disaster recovery, and infrastructure optimization efforts Assist with long-term infrastructure planning, architecture discussions, and technology evaluations What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering or hybrid cloud environments Strong expertise with virtualization technologies, datacenter infrastructure, and cloud platforms Hands-on experience with Nutanix environments including AHV and Prism strongly preferred Experience supporting VMware enterprise environments including ESXi and vCenter Exposure to Azure and/or GCP within hybrid cloud infrastructures Experience supporting enterprise storage, compute, and infrastructure modernization initiatives Familiarity with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or PowerShell is a plus Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills Preferred Technical Background: Hybrid Cloud | Nutanix | VMware | Virtualization | Datacenter Infrastructure | Azure | GCP | Hyperconverged Infrastructure | Cisco UCS | Enterprise Storage | Infrastructure Automation | Disaster Recovery | Infrastructure Modernization Additional Information Interested in hearing more?
