Radiology Technologist Level I – UCHealth Job ID: 387001 Location: UCHealth UCHlth Printers Park Med Plaza, Colorado Springs, CO Employment Type: Staff, Full Time, 40 hours per week Schedule: Days – Full time, 80 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Pay: $28.38 – $39.74 per hour; depends on experience Role Summary: The Radiology Technologist Level I will perform imaging procedures for patients, ensuring high‑quality images for diagnostic use. This onsite role supports a multidisciplinary radiology team. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations following established protocols. Position patients and ensure proper safety and positioning for imaging. Use imaging equipment and troubleshoot technical issues. Maintain radiology equipment and documentation in a timely manner. Collaborate with technologists, physicians, and nursing staff to improve patient outcomes. Precept new employees and support continuous quality improvement initiatives. Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program. Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (R) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). ARRT certification for required specialties, if applicable. State licensure required by law. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross). BLS or CPR card must be valid through sixty days after hire.
