Safety ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to support a network and communication cabling/low-voltage construction project in Jeffersonville, OH.The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site safety, ensuring compliance with OSHA requirements and company safety policies, and working closely with project management, contractors, subcontractors, and field personnel to maintain a safe working environment.The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction site safety experience, preferably supporting low-voltage, network infrastructure, telecommunications cabling, electrical, or similar installation projects.Job DescriptionOversee daily safety activities for low-voltage network and communication cabling constructionEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations, site-specific safety requirements, and company safety policiesConduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazardsPerform Job Safety Analysis (JSA/JHA), risk assessments, and corrective-action follow-upConduct safety orientations, toolbox talks, and safety meetingsMonitor contractors and subcontractors for compliance with safety proceduresEnsure proper use of PPE and safe work practicesMonitor safety related to ladder use, elevated work, material handling, electrical exposure, cable installation, and other construction activitiesInvestigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and prepare appropriate reportsMaintain safety documentation, inspection records, training records, and incident reportsCoordinate closely with Project Managers, site leadership, contractors, and employeesCommunicate safety requirements between Korean-speaking and English-speaking project teamsPromote a proactive safety culture throughout the projectQualificationsOSHA 30 certification requiredPrevious experience as a Safety Manager, Safety Supervisor, EHS Manager, or similar construction safety professionalHands-on construction site safety experienceExperience supporting low-voltage, network/communication cabling, telecommunications, electrical, or related construction projects strongly preferredStrong knowledge of OSHA construction safety regulationsExperience conducting site inspections, JSA/JHA, toolbox talks, safety training, and incident investigationsAbility to work effectively with contractors, subcontractors, Project Managers, and field personnelStrong safety documentation and reporting skillsKorean/English bilingual requiredAbility to work on-site in Jeffersonville, OH for the duration of the projectPreferred QualificationsOSHA 30Experience with network infrastructure or structured cabling installation projectsPrevious safety experience on large-scale industrial, manufacturing, data center, or technology infrastructure construction projectsExperience coordinating safety requirements with Korean corporate/project teams
