Food Quality & Safety QA Specialist

Responsibilities Support production lines by monitoring and ensuring quality compliance. Analyze product samples during and after production as needed. Maintain accurate quality records and escalate non-compliant products. Conduct inspections, swabbing, and testing to verify food safety and quality. Initiate Holds and Incident Reports for non-compliant products or processes. Notify leadership of quality trends or safety concerns. Perform packaging, labeling, and metal detector verifications. Ensure lab equipment is calibrated and functional. Maintain 5S standards in lab areas. Assist with audits, investigations, and quality projects as assigned. Qualifications Frequent collaboration with peers and leadership. 1+ years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing. High school diploma or Associate degree in food science or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr Harba
