We're seeking a compassionate and skilled OT, COTA, PT, PTA, and SLPs to join our dedicated team in a long-term care facility. In this role, you'll support the Occupational Therapist (OTR) in delivering high-quality therapy services aimed at improving residents’ independence, mobility, and quality of life.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including exercises, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and adaptive equipment use.
- Document residents’ progress and communicate updates to the care team to ensure continuity of care.
- Promote a safe and supportive environment while fostering meaningful relationships with residents.
