This role is for someone who has a solid understanding of the concepts of personal risk management and can apply them to help our clients protect from the unknown and build plans for the future. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role: Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Puyallup, WA. This is an in-office position. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification What we provide: Starting base pay $25 - $50 per hour Bonuses for personally produced policies Paid Time Off (vacation and personal/sick days) Employer reimbursements for CE, licensing expenses, and professional achievement courses Bonus schedule upon completing and obtaining a Professional Designation Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office Requirements: Must be dependable and enjoy helping people Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Bilingual not required but a plus!
