Responsibilities As our Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll have the opportunity to: Lead and inspire our nursing team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. Oversee staffing and training initiatives to foster a supportive and skilled nursing workforce. Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. Qualifications Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing Minimum of three years of nursing experience, with at least one year of supervisory experience Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality care Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
