Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 2 years within the last 36 months (3 years).

• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Johns Hopkins (Direct) Program - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Johns Hopkins (Direct) Program - Main.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - 2 years RN Cardiac ICU experience and Cardiac Cath and/or EP lab experience required. - Moderate sedation experience required.

Preferred Credentials: - Trauma course preferred.

Unit Details: - CVIL consists of Cath and EP labs. - Performs diagnostic and interventional procedures for coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy, pericardial disease, peripheral artery disease, adult congenital heart disease, and aortic disease. - Epic Cupid preferred.

Shift & Scheduling: - Mon-Fri with alternating shifts: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, and 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM. - Weekday, weekend, and holiday on-call; minimum 7-10 days every 6 weeks. Frequency will be reviewed during interview. - 30-minute response time for call. - Rotating day off; no set schedule.
