Senior Financial Analyst
AccountStaff is helping a rapidly expanding Pittsburgh-based client find a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team. This vital role offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions, collaborate across departments, and work in an environment committed to innovation and excellence. With a focus on financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis, you will support ongoing growth initiatives and strategic acquisitions, shaping the future of their business.
Required Skills:
- 3-7 years of progressive finance or accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial statements, and forecasting principles
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with enterprise accounting and reporting software; Power BI familiarity a plus
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Leadership in financial modeling: P&L, EBITDA, cash flow, liquidity, and budgeting models
Nice to Have Skills:
- OneStream or similar financial consolidation tools
- Experience with financial automation and system optimization
- Knowledge of strategic acquisitions and due diligence
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; MBA preferred
- Willingness to support ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives
- Highly engaged with a focus on process improvement
