Mental Health Therapist

To support a growing remote clinical practice, the part-time Virginia Licensed Mental Health Therapist will manage a caseload of 15-22 sessions per week, providing individual and family therapy via telehealth, primarily during weekday afternoons and evenings. Key responsibilities Conduct intakes and develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists and psychiatrists Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Required qualifications Active Virginia license: LPC, LPC-R, LCSW, or LMSW Experience working with children, teens, and families Ability to work independently in a remote setting Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
