Client Support Specialist

Sales Support Specialist Our client is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person. Address customer questions and concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience. Provide timely follow-up and support throughout the sales process. Assist with preparing sales presentations, proposals, contracts, and other customer-facing materials. Ensure sales materials are accurate, professional, and consistent with brand standards. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team. Accurately enter and process customer sales orders. Monitor order status and communicate updates as needed. Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to help ensure timely deliveries. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information in the CRM system. Generate reports and organize data to support sales analysis and decision-making. Work closely with the sales team and other internal departments to support business initiatives. Help identify and resolve issues that may impact customers or the sales process. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in sales support, customer service, sales administration, or a related role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
