Skiers Marine, a trusted leader in the boating industry, is looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Boat Detailer to join our Smith Lake team. If you take pride in making boats look their absolute best and enjoy working in a team-focused, fast-paced outdoor environment, wed love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and detail new and pre-owned boats inside and out

• Wash, wax, buff, and restore gelcoat surfaces

• Clean upholstery, compartments, carpets, and consoles

• Maintain the cleanliness of the service/detail area

• Assist with boat staging, transport, and dealership operations as needed

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain equipment properly

Qualifications

• Prior detailing experience preferred (automotive, marine, or similar)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Comfortable working outdoors and around water

• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and with a team

• Valid drivers license required
