We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the restaurant operations and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of employees
- Manage weekly employee schedules and cover as needed
- Train and evaluate employees
- Control labor and food costs
- Order and maintain appropriate levels of inventory
- Resolve customer complaints
- Oversee general operations of the restaurant, including both FOH and BOH
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant leadership experience required
- Ability to thrive and maintain composure under stressful situations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
