Restaurant Assistant Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the restaurant operations and employees.

Responsibilities:

Supervise team of employees
Manage weekly employee schedules and cover as needed
Train and evaluate employees
Control labor and food costs
Order and maintain appropriate levels of inventory
Resolve customer complaints
Oversee general operations of the restaurant, including both FOH and BOH

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant leadership experience required
Ability to thrive and maintain composure under stressful situations
Excellent communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
