Personal Assistant for Older Adults

About the Role: Are you someone who loves helping others stay comfortable and organized at home? We’re looking for a caring and dependable Personal Assistant for Older Adults to provide light housekeeping and household support, ensuring our clients enjoy a safe and welcoming living space. Key Responsibilities: Perform light housekeeping duties, including: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors Dusting and general tidying Washing dishes and cleaning kitchen surfaces Laundry and linen changes Organize household items and assist with decluttering Prepare simple meals or assist with light meal prep Provide friendly companionship and conversation Monitor for general safety concerns within the home environment Qualifications: Previous experience in home care, housekeeping, or a similar support role preferred Dependable and punctual, with strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work independently Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting light items, bending, and standing for extended periods Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred (if errands are required) Schedule & Hours: Part-time position 4-hour shifts , with flexible scheduling options Weekday and weekend availability a plus Why Join Us?
