Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time

$34–$38/hour

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Vineland, NJ. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping residents improve mobility, restore function, and achieve greater independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with gait training, balance, strengthening, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility
• Carry out individualized treatment plans and monitor resident progress
• Communicate changes in resident status with the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safe mobility techniques
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality resident care

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
