Locums Urology Physician in Worcester, Massachusetts - Call Only, Low Volume

Focus exclusively on inpatient urology call with low patient volume and multiple short coverage blocks available.

Highlights

• Call-only assignment with no clinic responsibilities
• Approximately 2-3 patient encounters per shift
• Temporary privileges available
• Multiple providers can share coverage

Practice & Cases

• Inpatient urology with rounding, consults, admissions, and necessary procedures
• General urology across adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients
• Advanced urologic procedures preferred based on physician experience
• Three RNs, a PA or NP, and surgical tech support available

Schedule

• In-house call coverage
• Multiple short multi-day blocks available
• Flexible participation based on available coverage blocks

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within five years in Urology
• Active Massachusetts medical license required
• ACLS and BLS required

Logistics

• Airfare and lodging are provided
• Rental car and mileage are provided
