TL (Eagle Hospital Billing Production Support)
At least 10 to 12 years of working experience in hospital billing system (config / coding / testing) in addition to production support. Working knowledge in Eagle mainframe hospital billing system. Strong knowledge in mainframes - JCL, COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, stored procedures. Good communication and analytical skills. Should be able to troubleshoot and fix HL7 events and triggering sequences. Understand the patient registration, billing – including charges, room & board, integrating with 3M, diagnosis code, rating systems, X12 transaction (837, 835, 277 etc). Should be able to lead and guide the team throughout the life cycle of defect triage, enhancements, problem management etc. Proactively identify the issues and implement the fix and drive the team towards automating the regular tasks. Location – Rhode Island, remote is possible during pandemic. Budget C2C – USD 65/hr W2 – USD 55/hr
