Data Onboarding Analyst 2

Cedar Gate Technologies, an IQVIA business, seeks a Data Onboarding Analyst to lead data onboarding initiatives for strategic healthcare clients. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, ensuring data validation and integration, and serving as the primary client contact throughout implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and implementation by coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project execution
• Develop detailed project communications plans, implementation agendas, and status reports for stakeholders
• Manage project scope changes and schedule adjustments with appropriate stakeholder communication
• Monitor data file delivery timelines with Data Acquisition team and escalate risks proactively
• Serve as dedicated point of contact for assigned high-profile clients throughout implementation

Requirements

• Proven project management experience from planning through execution with measurable client outcomes
• Cross-functional team leadership and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building abilities
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities with high accuracy
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Healthcare industry experience preferred, including population health or value-based care
• Technology skills preferred: SaaS implementation, advanced Excel, Power BI, ETL processes, data quality analysis
