What You’ll Be Doing Lead field operations on high‑end commercial interiors and tenant improvement projects throughout DFW Manage corporate office build‑outs, executive suites, occupied renovations, amenity spaces, and luxury interior finish‑outs Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, building management teams, and clients to ensure seamless project execution Oversee all phases of construction from demolition through punch list and turnover Drive schedule, safety, production, and quality while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Ensure the successful installation of high‑end architectural finishes, millwork, specialty ceilings, glazing systems, and custom design elements Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, designers, and project stakeholders throughout the construction process Partner closely with Project Managers and company leadership to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards What They’re Looking For Proven Superintendent experience leading commercial interiors or tenant improvement projects Strong background delivering high‑end corporate, Class A office, hospitality, healthcare, or luxury interior projects Expertise managing occupied renovations and fast‑paced interior construction environments Excellent leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills Strong understanding of interior finishes, millwork, drywall, ceilings, flooring, and specialty architectural systems Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and client satisfaction Ability to build strong relationships with clients, architects, and project teams Why This Role?
