Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

  • Provide therapeutic interventions and ongoing consultations to assist clients in crisis situations and help them develop coping strategies.

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with regulatory standards, ensuring all client records are up-to-date.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.

  • Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Serve as a liaison with various service systems, community partners, and state agencies to coordinate care effectively.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops, conferences, and relevant meetings to enhance both personal skills and organizational knowledge.

  • Promote the agency's mission through community outreach and relationship-building with potential partners and funders.

  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinical operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working primarily with diverse populations in Spokane, including individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those impacted by acquired brain injuries. You will provide them with the tools, support, and guidance they need to navigate their personal journeys toward recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
  • \n
  • Current independent LMHC license issued by the state board.
  • \n
  • Proven capability to maintain clinical records accurately and efficiently.

  • Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration.

  • Ability to make independent clinical decisions based on professional knowledge and best practices.

Preferred Experience\n
