Occupational Therapist (OT)

Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a growing outpatient therapy clinic focused on delivering individualized, patient-centered care. This full-time opportunity offers a supportive team environment, mentorship, career growth, and an excellent work-life balance with a 4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations to identify functional limitations, patient needs, and treatment goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve function, independence, and quality of life.
• Provide one-on-one, patient-centered occupational therapy services.
• Modify treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical outcomes.
• Educate patients and families to encourage carryover of therapeutic strategies outside the clinic.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support a positive, professional, and patient-focused clinical environment.
• Assist with mentoring and guiding support staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Mississippi or eligible for Mississippi licensure.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, individualized patient care.
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate.
• Interest in continued learning, mentorship, and professional development.
• Leadership potential is a plus but not required.

Schedule

• Full-time
