Why Drive for Tucker Freight Lines?

At Tucker Freight Lines, drivers aren't just names on a roster. Owners Sauny and AJ Tucker grew up around trucking, and AJ spent time on the road himself, so the company is built by people who understand what the job actually takes. Drivers here are treated as part of the team, not just a headcount.

If you're looking for steady local work with real structure and a company that shows up for its drivers, Tucker Freight Lines is worth a serious look.

Local Open Deck Driver Overview

Strong hourly pay, day or night. Drivers earn $25/hr on either shift, with day shift averaging $1,300-$1,600 per week and night shift averaging $1,350-$1,700 per week.*
Bonuses that reward the work. Earn a safety and service incentive of $4/hr on day shift or $6/hr on night shift when weekly standards are met.*
Home daily, no exceptions. Run local routes and get home every day, whichever shift you choose.
Shifts that fit your life. Choose day or night shift with fixed schedules, so you always know what's ahead.

Benefits & Perks

Coverage that backs you up. Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) with company match and a health savings account.
Time to recharge. Paid time off and paid orientation help you start strong and stay balanced.
Referrals that pay off. Earn up to $5,000 for referring other drivers.*
Bring your co-pilot. Pet and rider policies welcome company on the road.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.
