LOCATION: DFW - 1 Location in Dallas and 1 Location in Mesquite. 15 minutes from each other. Dallas would be the main site with some travel to Mesquite.

Delta Perm team is working on this search with no luck yet & client asked for a traveler in the interim.

NEO Physical Therapy (Private Practice) 

SETTING:

OP - Pelvic, Ortho 
Focus on Pelvic Floor (70% Pelvic Floor / 30% Ortho)

START DATE:

asap, mat leave + growth

ASSIGNMENT LENGTH:

13+ Weeks

REQUESTED EXPERIENCE:

Pelvic exp & certification. OP exp.

STAFF:

2 PT's, 1 is going on mat leave 9/21

EMR: 

 

CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING:

1:1 care, 40-minute appointments across the board (expected to see 12 PPD).

SCHEDULE:

M-F; hours could vary but would be expected to work at least a 40-hour week

ADDITIONAL INFO:

Virtual front desk, credentialing etc. 
PT will schedule patients out.

Ideally would go to Mesquite 2 days a week, Dallas 3 days a week. Client is flexible.

$75-85 DOE - client will pay IRS mileage between clinics if they go to both in the same day.
