Your Impact

• Build and repair residential wiring, devices, and fixtures that meet or exceed code.
• Lay out and install conduit/piping and pull conductors with precision.
• Set panels and breakers; complete safe, clean terminations.
• Connect systems to service power and validate performance with rigorous testing.
• Diagnose issues, inspect for hazards, and recommend corrective actions.
• Replace conduit, wiring, and circuit breakers when needed.
• Tackle special projects and lend a hand wherever you’re needed.

What It Takes to Succeed

• At least 2 years of residential service experience (required).
• Generac certification strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Excellence and integrity are non‑negotiable for you.
• Curious, growth‑oriented, and always learning.
• Steady under pressure; you hustle without cutting corners.

• Dependable and consistent—customers and coworkers can count on you.

Physical Realities of the Job

• Color vision sufficient for identifying conductor colors.
• Frequent standing, kneeling, bending; comfortable on ladders or scaffolding.
• Strength to pull cable through conduit and handle materials.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
