Business Area HR Leader – Retirement Solutions, VPThe Business Area HR Leader serves as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, partnering to sharpen the workforce needed to deliver business strategy today and in the future. This role brings together business acumen, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, leadership coaching, data-driven decision making, and change leadership to improve organizational performance. The HRBL helps leaders solve complex business challenges through people, organization, and capability solutions. They challenge thinking, identify root causes, leverage AI and workforce insights, and build practical solutions that improve business outcomes, employee experience, and organizational health.This leader partners across HR Centers of Excellence and Workforce Advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions while enabling leaders to own and drive their people agenda.
