SRX Home Care, LLC, under the Happier At Home brand, is seeking Entry Level In-Home Caregivers to join our compassionate team serving clients in Northeast Iowa. In this role, you will assist elderly and disabled clients with daily living activities, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. This position is perfect for individuals new to caregiving who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

• Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
• Maintain a safe and clean living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Offer companionship and support emotional well-being.
• Assist with errands and transportation as required.
• Adhere to care plans and promptly report any changes to supervisors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years caregiving experience preferred but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient with a strong commitment to client care.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Must pass background check and saliva drug test.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
