Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• Perform MIG welding and fabrication work using blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
• Assemble and weld metal components and finished products to meet production goals.
• Inspect welds and completed parts to ensure accuracy, quality, and workmanship standards.
• Safely operate welding equipment, fabrication machinery, hand tools, and measuring devices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment while supporting team production needs.

Welder Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required with the ability to communicate effectively in English for safety purposes.
• MIG welding experience required based on position level, ranging from entry-level training to 5+ years of advanced experience.
• Must be able to read blueprints, interpret welding symbols, and use measuring tools accurately.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime, extended hours, and weekends based on production demands.
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
