Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Non-CDL Driver • Shift Rate: $22/hr; Weekly Pay Cycle • $1,500 sign‑on bonus! • Monthly Performance Bonus: $350 Shift schedule: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM, four shifts per week, rotating weekend. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with possibility of weekends as needed. Location: Melville, NY. About the Role The Delivery Driver plays an essential role in delivering fresh meals and ingredients to each of our retail partners and smart fridges. The driver owns the route, ensures all deliveries arrive on time and within the correct time window, and represents the company with a positive, professional attitude. Responsibilities Safely maneuver a company‑owned refrigerated van, drive to customer locations, and use an iPad to confirm delivery completion. Maintain a record of successful on‑time deliveries and adhere to all delivery processes. Represent Farmer’s Fridge to customers and partners, remaining friendly and knowledgeable. Qualifications Valid driver’s license; preferred experience driving a refrigerated box truck. Technology proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office and iPads. Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs on vans or smart fridges. Ability to read and understand delivery instructions. Can lift at least 50 pounds. Non‑CDL Driver.
