This team supports multiple critical systems that are central to the U-Haul software ecosystem.As a QA Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software solutions built on the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET, C#, SQL, and Postgres. You'll test backend workflows, APIs, and event-driven architectures built around Kafka and CQRS principles to ensure software is reliable before deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.Perform backend and API testing for WebAPI, REST, and SOAP services.Write and execute SQL Server and Postgres queries to validate data integrity and business logic.Assist in testing Kafka event-driven workflows and asynchronous processing.Identify, isolate, and document software defects with clear root cause analysis.Utilize monitoring and logging tools to analyze system behavior and performance.Collaborate closely with developers and business partners in an Agile/Scrumban environment.Minimum Qualifications1–3 years of software quality assurance experience or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Must be authorized to work in the United States.
