We are looking for a Physical Therapists Assistant who is lisenced to practice in New Mexico. Currently this is a part-time (20 hours a week) position. This person will assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans that promote the recovery and rehabilitation of our patients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality patient care, effective communication skills, and a solid understanding of orthopedic physical therapy practices. Our clinic specializes in a whole body approach; improving alignment and muscular balance in order to maximize function. We utilize hands-on techniques as well as specialized exercises to address a variety of orthopedic dysfunctions. Part of becoming a team member at Hands On Physical Therapy is a willingness to learn some of these techniques, and we are very will to teach them. A license to practice as a physical therapist assistant in New Mexico is a requirement.
