Community & Customer Engagement Manager

Location: Nu3S – Jamaica, Queens, NY
Schedule: Full-Time Position; Monday and Tuesday off
Compensation: $18/hr + Nu3S employee discounts on food, beverages, and servicesAbout the Role

Nu3S is looking for an energetic, people-focused Community & Customer Engagement Manager who thrives on building relationships and creating exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for college students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals who are passionate about hospitality, marketing, customer engagement, social media, and community outreach.

As a key brand ambassador for Nu3S, you will engage directly with customers, capture authentic stories, strengthen community partnerships, support marketing initiatives, and help create memorable experiences that drive customer loyalty and business growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Content & Brand Storytelling

• Engage with customers and obtain photo/video consent when appropriate.
• Capture customer testimonials, success stories, and engaging on-site content.
• Coordinate with videographers, photographers, and content creators.
• Organize and maintain a library of photos, videos, and customer stories for marketing use.

2. Community Engagement & Partnership Development

• Build relationships with local businesses, apartment communities, schools, churches, gyms, and community organizations.
• Identify partnership opportunities that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• ⁠Promote NU3S through partnerships, events, and local outreach.
• Represent NU3S at community events, networking functions, and local outreach initiatives, if applicable.

3. Social Media & Influencer Coordination

• Coordinate collaborations with influencers, ambassadors, and content creators.
• ⁠Support social media content, campaigns, and Google Business updates.
• Track campaign results and recommend new partnership opportunities.

4. Customer Experience & Reputation Management

• Respond professionally to Google reviews, social media messages, and customer inquiries.
• Gather customer feedback and identify trends that impact the customer experience.
• Collaborate and share actionable insights with operations and leadership teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Help create a welcoming, positive, and memorable environment for every guest.

5. Marketing & Growth Support

• Support membership campaigns, referral programs, promotions, community events, and loyalty initiatives
• Identify opportunities to increase repeat visits, referrals, and community engagement.

• Comfortable capturing photos and videos using a smartphone.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and other digital platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Dependable, punctual, and proactive work ethic.
• Prior experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, marketing, sales, or community engagement is a plus.
• Students or graduates pursuing degrees in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, Public Relations, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
