Highway Maintenance Technician

The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is dedicated to providing a safe, high-quality, and efficient transportation system across the state. We are currently seeking a Highway Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Program in Lyman, Wyoming.

These roles involve performing various highway maintenance duties to ensure safe travel throughout the region. Technicians will operate equipment, perform road repairs, respond to weather-related conditions, and support the overall mission of WYDOT in all types of seasonal conditions.

Lyman is a scenic town nestled at the base of the Uinta Mountains in the heart of Bridger Valley. The area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, offering hiking, fishing, hunting, camping, and more. Nearby attractions include the Fort Bridger State Historic Site and the renowned Fort Bridger Mountain Man Rendezvous, held each Labor Day weekend.

This position offers a $2,000 hiring bonus.
