• Annual Starting Salary: $80,000 - $89,000, based on experience
• Eligibility to earn up to $11,400 in annual bonus potential

What You’ll Do * Manage a small caseload of 6–8 clients while maintaining a billable expectation of 28 hours * Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) * Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists to ensure high-quality care and support professional growth * Analyze data trends, monitor treatment fidelity, and adjust programming based on client progress and clinical needs * Collaborate closely with families by providing parent coaching, progress updates, and ongoing support to promote consistency across settings * Lead interdisciplinary discussions, clinical team meetings, and collaborative problem-solving to support each child’s development What We’re Looking For * A dedicated and compassionate BCBA who brings a balance of clinical expertise, leadership, and empathy to their work. * Strong communicators who can meaningfully connect with children, families, and team members while supporting a positive and collaborative environment. * Organized and adaptable clinicians who can manage multiple priorities, maintain clear documentation, and navigate a dynamic clinical setting. * A motivator and mentor who enjoys developing others, giving feedback, and supporting team success. * Must hold a master’s degree in ABA and have an active BCBA certification in good standing. * Must hold an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the State of Illinois.
