Principal Software Engineer, AICAROUSEL_PARAGRAPHLocationsBaltimore, Maryland; Houston, Texas; Chicago, Illinois; Kennett Square, PennsylvaniaJob DescriptionPreferred QualificationsAdvanced degree (MS or MBA) in AI, Data, Software Engineering, or a related field.Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale LLM and generative AI applications.Proven ability to influence organization-wide technical strategy and architecture decisions.Experience with Responsible AI governance, risk management, and compliance practices.Experience working in enterprise environments leveraging modern engineering practices (e.g., Agile, platform-centric delivery models).Experience leading adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools and establishing effective team practices for their responsible use in enterprise software delivery.
