Position Overview As a Senior Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing leaders within the organization, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences at both locations. You will play a critical role in setting the tone, driving performance, and maintaining Chick-fil-A’s standard of excellence. This position requires a minimum three-year commitment and a high level of availability, especially during the training period. Availability Requirements Days: Monday through Saturday (closed Sundays) Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of leaders and team members at one store location Set and uphold high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness Drive operational excellence and efficiency in a fast-paced environment Coach, mentor, and hold leaders accountable for performance and growth Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve escalated concerns Partner with ownership and directors on strategic initiatives, growth, and culture development Oversee labor optimization Model Chick-fil-A’s values through leadership, professionalism, and integrity Work as a team with other senior leaders What We’re Looking For Proven high-level leadership experience (restaurant, retail, or similar high-volume environment preferred) Strong track record of developing teams and future leaders Ability to think strategically while executing at a high level day-to-day Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills High level of accountability, ownership, and professionalism Comfortable leading in fast-paced, high-pressure environments A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement Perks of the Role We invest in our leaders because of the impact they make: Competitive pay ($25+ based on experience) Leadership development and growth opportunities Free/discounted meals Paid training and uniforms Scholarship & tuition reimbursement opportunities A strong, positive, and team-focused culture Direct mentorship from experienced ownership Basic Requirements 18 years or older Reliable transportation Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30+ lbs Pass a background check Maintain a professional appearance (uniform standards apply) Minimum 2-year commitment required No face, neck or hand tattoos.
