Key Responsibilities

• Process AP/AR with speed and precision
• Enter invoices and payments that keep operations flowing
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records
• Support billing, collections, and payment processing
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets that guide decision making
• Assist with month-end and year-end procedures
• Respond to vendor and customer account inquiries
• Handle confidential financial information with professionalism
