$97,800.00-$134,600.00+ Annual

At Lifespace Communities, Our Space is where compassion, leadership, and purpose come together. We’re looking for a Director of Home Care and Nursing Services to oversee resident care, lead our home care team, and ensure the highest standards of service and compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure resident satisfaction through quality care and hospitality.
• Market home care and wellness programs to residents.
• Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Monitor resident conditions and update care plans as needed.
• Hire, train, mentor, and manage home care and nursing staff.
• Oversee compliance with all regulatory and policy requirements.
• Ensure 24/7 access to nursing and home care services.

What You’ll Bring

• Registered Nurse, as required by the state.
• Three years of experience as a nurse with two years’ administrative/supervisory experience in home health or community health.
• Public Health Nursing certification, if required.
• Leadership experience in home care, nursing services, or healthcare management.
• Strong clinical knowledge and care planning expertise.
• Understanding of compliance, regulations, and policy development.
