Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant with QuickBooks

Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant with QuickBooks - OnsiteA Full-Charge Bookkeeper with at least 2 years of experience, preferably with expertise in QuickBooks Online Plus and ADP run payroll processing.The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining vendor W-9 records, managing 1099 contractor payments, processing bi-weekly payroll for 20-30 employees, maintaining employee records, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, preparing weekly financial reports, maintaining an electronic filing system, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures. The candidate should also stay updated on bookkeeping best practices.This is an immediate opening.Peachtree CityTo ensure accurate and efficient financial operations, including the management of accounts, payroll, and financial records.The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
