This position offers leadership responsibilities, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work in a supportive, well-staffed environment. Practice Overview:Medical Director role with clinical and leadership responsibilities Schedule flexibility with 6-7 24-hour shifts per month True work-life balance with strong system support 24/7 anesthesiology and neonatology coverage Collaboration with dedicated community OB/GYN backup CME access including simulation training and drills Compensation & Benefits:Base salary: $328,000 - $383,000 annually Comprehensive benefits package including: - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Short-term and long-term disability coverage - Employee assistance program CME opportunities included About the Area:Westwood is a vibrant New Jersey suburb located in Bergen County, just 25 miles from New York City.
