Basic Requirements The Restaurant does not accept CPT, OPT, or J-1 work authorization. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must timely complete all required employment verification documents. The Restaurant does not provide or guarantee employment sponsorship or immigration-related assistance. Willing to work shifts, including holidays. Employees are expected to be available for their assigned shifts, as work schedules are prepared and published based on the availability they provide. New employees are expected to provide availability for at least three shifts each week. Scheduling priority may be given to employees with greater availability and operational flexibility. Employees must clock in and out accurately. Leaving early requires manager approval. Shift end times may vary based on business needs. Complete all assigned closing duties before clocking out. BUSINESS HOURS MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, SATURDAY 11:30 AM - 9:00 PM. FRIDAY 11:30 AM - 10:00 PM; SUNDAY 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM. SHIFT HOURS MORNING 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM; NIGHT 4:00 PM - 9:30 PM(Friday is 10:30 PM, Sunday is 9:00 PM). Tour and Training All employees will complete a first-day tour(about 1 hour) followed by an 8-shift training period. First-Day Tour (Unpaid) ： The first day consists of an unpaid introductory tour lasting approximately one hour. This visit is intended to introduce you to the Restaurant, observe daily operations, and help both you and the Restaurant determine whether the position is a suitable fit. The First-Day Tour is observation only. You will not perform productive work or regular job duties during this visit. You may leave at any time; however, please notify the manager before leaving, regardless of your decision. At the conclusion of the tour, both you and management will determine whether to proceed with the training process. Training (8 shifts)： During the training period, employees will work alongside experienced team members to learn job responsibilities, Restaurant procedures, customer service standards, workplace expectations, and prepare for the training assessment conducted at the conclusion of the training. Training Pay: $15.00 per hour Training employees are not eligible to participate in tip sharing or receive gratuities during the training period. Four (4) Front training shifts; Four (4) Kitchen training shifts. Under special circumstances, including staffing shortages or operational needs, a trainee may be assigned to work independently during one or more of the first three training shifts. Employees are expected to learn both Front and Kitchen responsibilities during training so they are able to assist in either area as business needs require. Employees are expected to perform their duties in a manner that does not negatively affect coworkers, Restaurant operations, or the guest experience. When performance issues occur, management may provide coaching, corrective instruction, or disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, depending on the nature and severity of the issue. Training Requirement： All new employees are expected to complete the Training Checklist during their designated training in order to be eligible for the assessment after the 8 training shifts; failure to complete the checklist on time may result in ineligibility for the assessment and may lead to termination of employment. Training Assessment– At the conclusion of the training program, management will conduct a training assessment to evaluate the employee's ability to perform the essential functions of the position independently and work effectively as part of the Restaurant team. The training assessment consists of two parts: Performance Evaluation: Based on feedback from managers and coworkers. Recipe Knowledge Assessment: Conducted by a manager through randomly selected questions. The training period and assessment are designed to determine whether an employee can independently perform the essential duties of the position and work effectively as part of the Restaurant team. The Restaurant reserves the right to extend the training period, provide additional coaching, or discontinue the employment process if management determines that the employee's performance does not meet the requirements of the position. Successful completion of training does not guarantee continued employment. Continued employment remains subject to satisfactory job performance, attendance, conduct, compliance with Restaurant policies, and business needs. After Successfully Completing Training： Upon successful completion of training and management approval, employees will transition to their regular position and compensation. Compensation: $15.00 per hour, plus daily system tips. (System tips are first divided by shift and then shared among eligible employees working that shift.) Tip-sharing eligibility, participation, and amounts are determined by Restaurant policy, vary based on operational factors, and are not guaranteed. Continued eligibility to participate in the Restaurant's tip-sharing program depends on satisfactory job performance, compliance with Restaurant policies, and business needs. Job Responsibilities： Employees are expected to perform all assigned duties safely, professionally, and in accordance with Restaurant policies and management instructions. The responsibilities listed in the TE'AMO Employee Guidelines & Checklist represent the primary duties of Kitchen and Front team members. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all job responsibilities. Employees may be assigned additional duties or asked to assist in other areas as business needs require. Payroll Schedule: Wages are paid on a biweekly basis. Each paycheck covers the applicable pay period and is subject to required deductions and payroll processing. Paydays follow a regular biweekly schedule. Uniform Policy To ensure proper uniform management and inventory control, uniforms will not be distributed during the training period. During training, new employees must wear all-black attire, non-slip shoes, and an apron while on duty. Employees with long hair, regardless of hairstyle, must keep their hair tied back or otherwise securely restrained while working. After successfully completing the evaluation process and officially joining the team, employees will receive a TE’AMO T-shirt. Once issued, the TE’AMO uniform must be worn during all scheduled shifts. If an employee resigns or otherwise separates from employment with TE’AMO, the uniform must be returned no later than the employee’s final payday. #J-18808-Ljbffr
