Responsibilities Lead the guest experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are enjoying their visit. Address guest concerns and provide resolutions that meet their satisfaction. Collaborate with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment. Promote promotions and the benefits of using the McDonald’s App, Mobile Order & Pay features.
