Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Additional compensation types RSUs and Stock options We’re Hiring: Commodity Manager – HVAC Products Are you a strategic sourcing leader with deep expertise in HVAC systems and components? Ready to take ownership of a critical, high-impact category that shapes both product performance and business success? We’re looking for a Commodity Manager – HVAC to join our fast-growing team and lead the way in building a resilient, innovative supply base. What You’ll Do:
- Own and drive global sourcing strategy for HVAC components and systems
- Lead a team of Sr. Purchasing Managers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain teams
- Negotiate complex, multimillion-dollar agreements and lead supplier performance management
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks in a rapidly evolving market
- 10+ years of sourcing experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, or closely related commodities
- A proven track record of driving cost savings, developing suppliers, and executing contracts
- Strong technical aptitude to engage with engineers and suppliers on complex parts
- A passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment
